All sales are final. No refunds or exhanges accepted.
Online courses may be transferred to another registered user as long as the test has not been taken and the transfer is requested within 30 days of purchase. For the purposes of course licenses, a test shall be deemed taken if any test data has been received by the IESA.com servers registered to the user license in question, if the status of the course is listed as PASSED or NOT PASSED or if the score registered in the user transcript lists as anything other than 0 (zero). IESA reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding course transfers.
